This Nice and cozy townhouse is just a short stroll from the beach and offers a convenient and comfortable place for couples and families looking to relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Ground level offers a spacious Living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom\, and a private terrace. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and close to the Master, offer a private balcony with canals and sunset view. BBQ and outdoor furniture on the main terrace.

Ample living room with direct access to the private terrace, dining table for four, half bathroom and full kitchen. The master bedroom includes a King bed, Smart Tv, private balcony and bathroom, shower with hotel quality Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash set. The guest bedroom  includes one Queen bed, Smart Tv, and private bathroom, shower with hotel quality Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash set..
Unit has two parking spaces.

Keyless entry door. The manager will provide an entry code the night before your check-in.

The townhouse is equipped with a Key less entry door, the guest will have full access from the moment his reservation begins. Inside the property is booklet with important information regarding house rules and manager contact information.

Quiet community located at 1 mile form the beach, restaurants, shopping.  Located by the intracoastal and near a river facility to rent power boats and canoes.

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport exit towards West I-595, keep your right and exit I-95 North towards West Palm Beach. Exit East at exit 29, Sunrise Boulevard. Turn left at Bayview Drive and then right on NE 14th Street. Property will be on you right.

The property has WI-Fi and smart TV's in each room with integrated channels for streaming.  For the beach lovers, the property offers beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.
Have fun at the vicinity of Galleria mall with is elevated shopping and Dining offers.

From the moment we arrived, we were excited with the location and the beautiful view. Both the patio and the master bedroom, balcony are located with views to the Canal. The layout of the house was very functional and happy to be in the corner unit. Great privacy and accessibility. We will definitely try to visit again and hopefully be able to stay here. Host was extremely gracious to allow us to extend our stay great communication and very clean home. Thank you for everything.

Went for a long weekend to enjoy the water and sun. The weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy it while relaxing on the deck. Loved having the grocery store close by to be able to cook at night. This place was exactly as advertised which met everything we were looking for in a vacation spot

Aixa was very responsive and eager to help, and was very clear with instructions.

The worst part about this place is the host. She is willing to lie or delete evidence to avoid losing money. Second, the place was not as described. Many pieces of furniture that we relied on were missing. The living room is very unwelcoming, with the cheapest furniture you can find—probably second-hand; I wouldn’t be surprised. The couch and pillows are covered in stains, and the stairs, walls, and doors are marked with black or orange stains. Upstairs, the bedrooms contain only beds—nothing else. In the manual, during checkout, they ask you to put all the furniture back in place, but THERE IS NO FURNITURE to rearrange. You don’t even have anything to put your clothes on. The bathroom has no shelves for toiletries. The shower pressure is amazing; that is the only positive about this place. The kitchen is dated and has a strange table. They even put some kind of cardboard—apparently from the garbage—under the table so it doesn’t shake. Avoid!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and the space had everything I needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The location was also a plus — convenient and easy to get around, whether you’re in town for a short visit or staying a bit longer. Overall, this was a solid stay and a great value. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
